Terms inconsistent with those stated will not be binding.  Typographical errors are subject to correction.  All orders are subject to final accepatance by the seller.Prices are subject to change without notice.  Quotations are intended for immediate use and binding only for orders received within 30 days of the quotation date.  Altered quantities, or changes in specifications or delivery requirements will require a revised quotation.  Prices do not include freight or transportation costs, except as specified . Any sales, use, or other similar taxes are not included in the price.   We will accept a valid exemption certificate from the purchaser. NO RETAIL SALES. Invoices are due and payable within 30 days from delivery The purchaser agrees to a service charge of $25.00 per month on all invoices not paid within 30 days plus all collection fees and expenses incurred.  Where the purchaser has not established adequate credit, shipments will be made on a C.O.D. or cash in advance basis.  Advance deposits may be required on special orders or unusually large purchases.  We reserve the right to withhold subsequent deliveries on delinquent accounts and to curtail privileges without prior notice.All sales are F.O.B. shipping point.  Claims for short shipping or damaged goods must be noted on the carriers delivery receipt.  Claims for inaccurate order filling or concealed damage must be made in writing within ten days of material receipt. Orders covering items not normally stocked, custom fabricated, or in unusually large quantities are noncancellable and nonreturnable.  No material is to be returned without prior writted authorization and proof of purchase.  Returned material must be shipped prepaid .  Credit for returned goods will be issued less 25% handling and restocking charges.  No returns after 30 days.Material is subject to shipment in part or in whole at our option.  We are not responsible for delays in the manufacture or shipment of material and will not be liable for damages regarding ,  any kind of failure to meet specified delivery schedules.The following warranties are made in lieu of all other warranties expressed, or implied.We warrent our products of our manufacture against defects in material or workmanship under normal intended use and service for a period of 60 days.  This warranty is limited to the extent thats at our sole discretion, we will repair the product, replace the product, or refund the purchase price.  We shall not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages whatsoever. No terms or conditions other than that of Water Keys will be honored.

We will fabricate items to your needs, using your ideas or ours.
